  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp red chili sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tbsp cornflour slurry (1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 1/4 cup water)
  • Spring onion greens for garnishing

                      Instructions For Chilli Paneer Recipe:                         

  1. In a bowl, mix together the paneer, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour, salt, and black pepper until the paneer is well-coated.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces until they are golden brown. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  3. In the same pan, add oil and sauté the onion, capsicum, and green chilies until they are slightly cooked.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  5. Add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, red chili sauce, salt, black pepper, and water. Mix well and let it come to a boil.
  6. Add the cornflour slurry and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
  7. Add the fried paneer pieces and mix until they are coated with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
